I would like to offer you a wonderful family house surrounded by the mountain peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps in the village of Podveža in northern Slovenia. The house was built in the 1980s on a sloping plot of 2158 m². In 2020 - 2025 it underwent a sensitive reconstruction, including a new roof, new triple-glazed windows, a heat pump and a complete interior redesign.

The house has 2 floors with a total area of ​​100 m² and a terrace. On the ground floor there is a hall, living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom with toilet, storage room, hallway. In the attic you will find two larger bedrooms and one small bedroom (used as a study), a terrace and a small room ready for building a bathroom or dressing room. Adjacent to the house is a wooden barn and a garage. The house is brick and has a basement, has original electrical wiring, is heated by a powerful heat pump and a fireplace stove, cooking in the kitchen is provided by a gas stove connected to a gas cylinder, water is from a mountain spring led into a filtration tank and waste is handled by a septic tank. The house is surrounded by a forest, has a garden with fruit trees and beds for growing vegetables.

The surroundings of the house have the quiet character of a large mountain settlement, which offers plenty of privacy. You can go for a walk in the forest or a hike in the mountains directly from the garden. The Kamnik-Savinja Alps area offers countless hiking and cycling trails, swimming, rafting and fishing (fly fishing) on ​​the Savinja River. In winter, there are ideal conditions for cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and in 30 minutes. you are on the slopes in the Golte ski area. As for civic amenities, you will find a shop and restaurant in the neighboring village of Luče, 5 minutes away by car. You can reach beautiful Ljubljana in an hour and the sea in 2 hours.
